EVERYONE MUST FILL OUT THIS PERMISSION SLIP IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE PICNIC!
THERE WILL BE NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 29!
Our picnic was canceled at the end of the last school year, so we’ve turned it into a “Welcome Back!” picnic instead! If you already paid for the correct number of chaperones/guests attending with your child, we still have that payment. If you have not yet paid, or you plan to bring more guests, please include payment with the submission of this form. However, everyone must fill out the new permission slip in order to attend.
Who: Students, chaperones, and guests
Where: Beachmont Christian Camp (6433 Mt Vista Rd, Kingsville, MD 21087)
Cost: $8.00 per guest/chaperone. OBCA students are FREE, and siblings under 2 years old are FREE.
Date: Friday, August 29, 2025
Time: 11:00am - 3:00pm (The pool will be open from 12-3)
Food: Bring your own lunch! Mrs. Jeanette will also be selling refreshments (hot dogs/snowballs, etc. - cash only!)
Beachmont Dress Code: No two-piece bathing suits; all clothing must be modest. No unacceptable writing on clothing.
Each student attending must have a parent or designated adult who is acting as their chaperone. Students may NOT be dropped off without some sort of chaperone. Please indicate that person on the attached permission slip. Each person is responsible for his/her own transportation directly to and from the event.
Open Bible Christian Academy assumes no responsibility for anyone attending the picnic. If you are planning to attend, fill out the following form and return with payment to the school office no later than August 28th. If you paid back in May, please mark that on the form instead.
